We grow over 100 different products here at Masifio, and supply private customers, supermarkets, restaurants and resorts all over Tanzania. Our refrigerated truck travels from Iringa on Wednesday afternoon for deliveries in Dodoma on Wednesday evening. We deliver to Shoppers Supermarket on Wednesday evenings, so Thursday morning is the best time to get fresh!
Home delivery through Piki
We can now offer you delivery to your door through our friends at Piki. To enjoy this service, download the Piki app or go to www.piki.co.tz.
PAYMENT: Payment is made direct to Piki, and they then forward the payment to us. The prices are the same as ordering direct from us, and there is a small delivery charge which depends on your location.
DELIVERY: Our truck delivers the boxes to the Piki office around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening, where the Piki drivers are waiting ready to take your order straight to your door. Please double check the name on your box or boxes, as well as the number of boxes, to ensure that you get the correct order.
Ordering a box for collection at Shoppers
ORDERING: Once we have set up an account for you, you will have access to our online ordering system, which shows all our available products as well as prices. We update the availability list and schedule deliveries for the following week every Wednesday. When we do this, you will automatically receive an email with a link to the ordering page for each delivery. Follow the link, and place your order, easy.
PAYMENT: Private customers pay in advance by making a down payment for 1-2 month's worth of orders at a time. This payment then goes as a credit on your account and orders are deducted from your balance.
Credit terms for commercial customers are available.
We have the following payment options; ABSA TZS and USD accounts, CRDB TZS account, M-pesa and Airtel money. For more details on how payments work please follow the link below.

COLLECTION: We are still working out the best option for box drop off in Dodoma, but at present our truck meets customers in the car park at Shoppers supermarket around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening. Please double check the name on your box or boxes, as well as the number of boxes, to ensure that you receive your full order.
